Sea Spray has 3 blocks and the centre B block, where the flat is situated, is 4 stories high. The flat on the top storey so benefits from the view without the intrusion of traffic noise. The front door of B403 is conveniently only 15 metres from the lift entrance.  Blouberg Beachfront Accommodation are the agents for B403 and other flats in the block and they have an office in flat CG02 that is open during normal working hours if you need assistance or information.


Sea Spray also has a common laundry facility equipped with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble driers as well a secure clothes line area.


There is a heated swimming pool for guests and accompanied visitors to use and an adjacent braai (barbeque) area with a gas braai. The swimming pool has a semi glass enclosed area to the rear with tables/chairs and toilet facilities are nearby. The pool area also features views onto the beachfront and Table Bay / Mountain.

SeaSpray has a 24 hour manned security system with only one entry point for all vehicle and foot traffic. The entry gate has an intercom system to each flat for emergencies and to provide notification/clearance for incoming visitors. Closed circuit TV cameras are mounted strategically to cover areas not otherwise visible to Security.


The flat itself has a solid mortise locked front door with double deadbolts internally as well as a separate locking security gate externally. All windows are securely burglar barred and the sliding balcony doors have additional locking deadbolts.

B403 has an allocated parking bay number 89 which will accommodate a full size pickup or 4 wheel drive vehicle. This bay is fully undercover and no more than a 30 metre (covered) walk to the entrance of the lift. Visitors parking is also available and trailers can be parked on the premises by arrangement.


The flat also has a lock-up in front of parking bay 89 which can be made available to guests by prior arrangement. The lock-up is approximately 2.5 metres long by 1 meter wide and 3 metres high. It can easily accommodate 4 bicycles or several surf boards / kite boards with gear and even small canoes.
